Steps Until Admisson
Pre-College Course and Bussiness Employment Course aquiring student VISA
●If you have a guarantor living in Japan, please apply directly to Okayama Institute of Languages.(There may be a case that we ask you to use one of the local agencies assigned by Okayama Institute of Languages.)

| ①Admission Consultation |
Please confirm your course and required documents with a school staff. |

| ②1st Stage Assessment | Please submit Application form and Resume. ●Application Form.docx ●Resume .docx After we received your documents, an interview will be held via web or a face to face interview in China or Vietnam. |
| ③2nd Stage Assessment | Please submit all documents required for the school to review. (The school will assess applicants' ability to pay admission fees, education and work history.) |
| ④Screening by the Immigaration Bureau (The review at the Immigration Bureau takes around two months) | For successful candidates, Okayama Institute of Languages will apply for Certificate of Eligibility for Resident Status to Hiroshima Regional Immigration Bureau in Japan as your proxy. |
| ⑤Notification of acceptance | Once the school receive a result, we will inform you immediately. |
| ⑥Payment of Tuition | Please make your payment of tuition, dormitory costs, and other school fees. |
| ⑦Receive original documents | Once the payment is processed, the school sends the original Certificate of Eligibility and documents required for visa applications. |
| ⑧Visa Application | Please apply for your official visa at a Japanese embassy or consulate. *You must bring your passport, Certificate of Eligibility, letter of acceptance and any other required documents. |
| ⑨Arrival in Japan | Please come to school immediately after arrival in order to complete the admission procedure. |
Pre-College Course with non-student VISAs／Intensive Course／The Special Short Program／Private lesson
